Hi there, and welcome back to RPR! It's good to have an old player back again. I hope you enjoy the rest of your time here! There's lots to do, so maybe you can find a fun place to play.

I'm Shinyrainbowlithogra, and I'm pleased to meet you, virtually at least! Haha. It's a nice place, isn't it? In case you need a brief, or more in-depth refresher, there's the Getting Started Guide, and the Help section, and there's the Help forum too. There's a Find RP tool, with a Looking for RP forum, and there's even a Suggestion area if you happen to be a pro or something.
There's an Art place, lots of different RP areas, and some OOC chatting spots and stuff... There are Groups for almost everything that you could think of.... There are lots of mods around, so if you need help or if you're doing something wrong, you can talk to them. Haha. Just be sure and follow the rules, teehee.
