Hello! I've taken the name Sprinkles, named after my lil ball python. As my title says, I'm looking for a new place to write. I'll be honest, it's been nearly 6 years since I've been deeply involved in a roleplay community. I seriously miss it though. My old stomping grounds looks like an abandoned mall at this point & sadly, I doubt anyone is ever coming back (including the forums server manager, considering the amount of bugs around lol) but I am willing to lay those glory days to rest.
So I ask, what's your favorite thing about this particular site? I will say the design is nice and I see a few unique features that make this place easy to write in. And another silly...ish question. What about is the age range in the userbase? I'm freshly turned thirty and as much as I love writing no matter the case, I like knowing I'm not the only boomer around ya know.

1) Community and Epic Week
I guess, for me, besides the neat and easy features this site has like the character profiles and the overall site itself, its community is super friendly. It's a safe space for not only writers, but for artists like myself and gamers, etc. It's like a cozy home away from reality. A burrow of simple joys, peace, and creativity.
And from among the RP sites I've been in before, RPR is filled with so much diversity. It is open. Inclusive. It is constantly evolving with new ideas, new features, and new improvements. And that's because its moderators and its creator (and I think sole admin) Kim are always doing their best to make sure everyone feels welcomed.
Also, another great thing about RPR is its birthday/anniversary event called Epic Week where all the members get together to play games, puzzles, join contests, and win cool prizes every May (or July?). Can't wait for you to experience it yourself.

Don't worry 'cause there ARE indeed boomers here. I believe this site is rounded for all ages roughly around 12 to 40+ years old. That is why there are separated forums for "all ages" and "adults only." As I said above, RPR is diverse. It accomodates all kinds of people. Whatever age, gender, etc.
So anyway, welcome again to RPR, and I really do hope you enjoy your stay and have lots of fun roleplaying and befriending awesome and talented players.

1) My favorite thing about this site is character creation! There are so many options and it has allowed me to fully keep track and flesh out my cast of misfits.
2) Personally, I've seen about every age range on here honestly. I've seen 15 year old's and 40 year old's. You are not alone here.

First question: I really love the personalized character pages. There is endless opportunity and if you know css or html it is truly whatever you want to make it. I also like that characters don't need to be 'approved' like on my last RP site lol.
Second question: I believe people as young as 13 (?) Can be on here but there are players of all ages, the oldest I've seen was a grandmother. So needless to say you can find many ages around. If you want to stay in the 18+ range you can do that in your settings menu. 💛
