Kick off your February by finding a new RP partner! It's time for our annual meet cute challenge.
Over the next two weeks, the RPR challenges you to arrange a "meet cute" scene between two characters that have never met one another before. The results don't have to be romantic, but they do have to be funny, dramatic or so off-the-wall that it's the kind of thing people will talk about for years to come.
What's a meet cute, you ask?
A meet-cute is a scene in film, television, or literature in which two characters meet in a way that is so unusual or memorable, it seems as if their coming together must have been fate.
This type of scene is especially a staple of romantic comedies, commonly involving contrived, unusual, or comic circumstances. Frequently the meet-cute leads to a humorous clash of personalities or beliefs, embarrassing situations, or comical misunderstandings that further drive the plot.
You are encouraged to not only choose a character (belonging to someone else) that you've never played with before, but a player you've never played with before, too! This is a perfect chance to make a new friend and experiment with potential new RP partners without any risk. It's up to you if your RP will continue beyond the first meet cute scene!

Looking at some of the ads, I'm not sure everyone is quite following the way this works. I'm about to start a new game, but my writing partner had some personal issues come up so we have delayed the start. I can't commit to anything beyond a scene, but I'm going to post a "Meet Cute" in the Sci-Fi thread. Open to the first person that answers and we'll just see what happens.

I love this idea you should do soemthing like this on Valentine’s Day but appropriate of course!
