We're so close to fully repairing the Northeast Seal, with 8 of 10 symbols solved.
But our progress is now blocked by a massive ash elemental that has crawled from the volcanic vents. Can you help to defeat it?

To be fair, I think this is the first monster that the community seems very interested in keeping since MHCD.
It kicked my ass, lol. This is why I don't do turn based combat.

my regret for firing energy blasts at this buddy is immense. I want to save and befriend them. time to figure out the SPARE conditions 
I mean, maybe if we could befriend this guy (and others likely to crop up), we could actually get them to help us keep the volcano chilled out?
