Heyo! I don't know what all to say here, but I'm new and this site's looked pretty cool so far and I'm surprised I hadn't stumbled into it until just recently. The community here seems extremely nice so far and I have to say it seems like a total breath of fresh air. 
My name's Xed, I'm 26, and I've been roleplaying across various sites since I was 9 and running rp groups across multiple genres for about the same length of time (17 years, whew!) , so I have quite a bit of rp experience under my belt and tend to write a lot as a result. (Usually multiple paragraphs a post, at min)
Worldbuilding is also a pretty permanent obsession of mine and I tend to make tons of elaborate universes for my characters as well.
I'm hoping to meet some new people here and possibly find new rp partners since I'm a bit rusty atm admittedly, but I'm not ready to retire the hobby yet. ;>
My favorite genres are probably medieval, dark fantasy, and sci-fi/action, but I have a big soft spot for more comedic premises, noir verses, monsters, and slow burn romance plots. Generally though I like to experiment with new genres and character/setting ideas all the time.
I'm still trying to set up my profile and character profiles on this site (and have way, way too many I can't fit here and many still in various states of thought out, aha), but if any interest you or you have any ideas you're dying to try out, I'm almost always down. My brain is a bit of a disorganized mess at any given moment and I've been kept pretty busy with college courses, but I'm sure to check messages or dms as soon as I see them.
Anyways, that's all I got for now, thanks for reading! I hope to write with you all in the future. Don't be afraid to drop me a message in the meantime while I get everything all ironed out. ^^
