Hi, guys! I recently joined the site a little while ago in search of more RP partners, particularly for sci-fi settings. I'm a roleplayer of 10+ years and I have roleplayed in forums before, so the concept isn't entirely new to me. This site is though, so I hope to find my way about it soon!
Let's see. . . I work in wild animal husbandry/zookeeping in real life and I'm going to college in spring of next year to take courses in veterinary medicine. Animals are my passion, so I enjoy playing animal-based species!
My main source of RP at the moment is Final Fantasy XIV (my icon is my Xaela main!), but as I wanted to do something in a more advanced sci-fi setting - as well as develop other OCs for other fandoms like Legend of Zelda - I decided to reach out here.
I have social anxiety and I feel pretty awkward sometimes, but I can be approached for RP at any time!
I hope to make lots of friends here!

It's good to see a few others coming from the MMO roleplaying scene. I've never tried FFXIV myself, but from my WoW friends I've heard the RP scene over there is neat.
