The Covid brain fog is real. I am just now recuperating and I had Covid 8 or so months ago. To be honest, it's been a blur since. My sense of taste and smell is /STILL/ askew as well. Anyway! Welcome to RPR! I hope you find what you're looking for. To be honest, I find the space and freeness the site offers so liberating for the creative flow. I can just about write an infinite character description with all the space they offer here.
I never could get used to the other site, but my goodness the designs you see there is amazing! *_*! I hope RPR can be a good home for you though! If you need guidance, the Help Forum is your best friend and I know a lot of us will be happy to answer any questions you might have!
