I've always known that Sorwyn would be an amazing character, since she's the brainchild of an amazing woman. And yet here I am falling in love with her complexity. Sorwyn is a tough gal, but she's more than "I'm tough because my writer wants me to be unique." She has such solid reasons and drive behind her, and she's so well played in the way that Sorwyn always feels accurate and true, no matter what you're throwing at her. Elle has been an absolute delight; from not only allowing but encouraging my silly banter in her community, to making it feel warm and inviting and like I'm not a burden for trying to be an active part of it, she's Swell. Sweet, lovely Lyssic! I've gotten to know her over the past months (years? How long has it been?) and she is an absolute delight. Her characters are on a whole different level - from elegant and waspish to terrifying and severe (even if it is just a mask), all written as cleverly and gracefully as their designs. I have admired Squid's wildly creative brainchildren from afar for so long. Their Lovecraftian designs, his gorgeously rendered artwork, his lovingly crafted characters imbued with incredible depth and detail. He is not only a master of his crafts, however, Squid himself is a treasure in possession of a golden heart with a warrior's tenacity in the face of adversity. Honestly, this has been long overdue but I absolutely love roleplaying and talking with Kale. She is such an amazingly sweet person, as well as funny. She is also an awesome writer and I literally love her characters. She is a patient person as well, even still willing to role-play with me after a multi-month hiatus.
