Greetings! I have been roleplaying since 2007 when I was in seventh grade. Over the years roleplaying has helped me become a better writer in my opinion, as it helped improve my school grades a lot in English classes. My favorite Roleplay genre is Fantasy. My roleplaying past has been severely rocky however, I recently decided to retcon (spelling?) everything my character has gone through. Mainly for my own mental health. If I was to give any role-player advice, you HAVE to keep reality and fantasy separate. If anyone bullies you out of character or is forcing you to do something in character that you don't want, remember: It's just a "game". And you are in control ultimately. You can say no. You can walk away.
