I found the knight guardian!! He was lurking around on one of the pages on the community tab!
Someone else should try to find him too so we can get the other clues!
Edit: I forgot to mention that the art for the knight is the lovely knight from the genre jumble! I think all the art is.
Edit 2: And I found the sun seal guardian in the development page! Another of our lovely jumble mascots!

How serendipitous, I just so happen to have two characters starting with R on me, thus making me eligible for the unicorn seal's third clue:

I've tracked down eight of the ten guardians - I can't for the life of me find the knight even with the clues given by others, haha, and the mushroom one is very elusive indeed!
The unicorn seal's clues seem to allude to a certain famous epic poem, but all my attempts at varying the spelling of the title don't seem to have worked. Hrrm!

Wow! Dragonfire, it looks to me like you DID manage to unlock it, even though the seal was being remarkably picky about capitalization. I don't think the portal will be so picky in future.
