There are definitely multiple ways to search for folks. I see one person has already answered the question, but there's also another method with the little magnifier up top which is how I patrol the streets -- which by the way, is my favorite aspect of RPR. I love getting ideas from people and seeing the amazing things they put together.
That's probably the best part of RPR right there, in fact! You basically have a practically limitless world-building scenario here. I hope you enjoy it too and it turns out to be a place where you are able to put your worlds and characters to work! Take it easy and have fun!

Salutations! Two generous folk had already answered your question and I don't know any other way then those. Romance and horror sounds intriguing but I am not a horror fan. However there are quite some people who love romance/horror.
