Dubh is no stranger to the fantasy or historical genre, he's spent most of his life connected in one way or another and I envy him for that. He is a true world builder, researcher, and character creator. In his writing, he incorporates fact with fantasy to create a more believable story.
It is a pleasure to be in the presence of such a gifted, experienced, and creative gentleman. Creative ideas Wonderful writer - Coddiwomple -
Darling BayLeafBard is a wonderful and enthusiastic writer. While embracing ideas from others, including myself, he offers ideas and new angles to collaborative plots. He is good at slipping information into his posts in order to help others with scenes and facts that keep the consistency running.
I enjoy exploring the backgrounds of his characters because they are played with diversity. I particularly have a fondness for Alex. Helpful Creative ideas - Anonymous -
What an entertaining character! I love roleplaying with Ash. He's always a delight to interact with and to see what he gets up to next. His antics are always something that brightens my day when I see he has a new post. He's also pretty fun to draw!
I can't wait to see future adventures with him! Great sense of humor Long posts - Samiakki -
Kim! Our super duper spectacular site leader! How she's done so much for us, I could write a poem about it. I think I will!
Beloved maker,
Kind like warm summer raindrops,
Together, a pond.
Not only does she have fun characters, Kim is immensely open-minded and hard-working. I could never thank her enough! Kind and understanding Helpful - Samiakki -
Roleplaying with Enosh leaves me on the edge of my seat with each reply. He's a character with incredible depth to him, and I love seeing each layer unravel through our plot. Besides, who doesn't love a giant robot friend?
I look forward to seeing where our story goes with Enosh! Drives the plot forward Long posts - Samiakki -
I've played with Taro at Trixie's Bar and Issac and Peanut never fail to make me smile. Great sense of humor and pretty quick replies, a lot of Team Fortress references too, though I don't quite understand them.

Sanne is a wonderful person with very helpful information and awesome CSS styles that are really cool to look at.
Sanne is kind and considerate of others, making sure they are doing okay and enjoying RPR, and plus, Sanne's a mermaid! Didn't you hear? Petting sharks and such! ( At least, that's what Sanne told me!) Kind and understanding Helpful - twistedvictorian

Like shooting stars, we cross by each other through the skies of forum games until one of us had the guts to DM! Honestly, I looked up to Atheist for the longest time ever, with his strong command of writing, and his even stronger hold of canon characters. It's wonderful to see that we make the briefest of interactions as our genres differ entirely. He's also exceptionally kind ooc, and I wish him nothing but the best with his endeavours. Dawn has built a fantastic world for my first try at rp on this site. He is flexible and values his players' ideas and suggestions for world and lore building. He takes great effort to ensure that his players are having fun. Can't wait for our future adventures! Kind and understanding Creative ideas - silentruth

I enjoy roleplaying with Rebecca a lot. Not only is she an awesome and dynamic character, she is even awesome to talk to OCC. I love seeing updates to her character profile when she does them. She is an amazing activist, speaking out against social injustices. Kind and extremely creative, you will be missing out if you don't start a roleplay with her. Sending much love!

I adore Samiakki's energy and characters! There is an untold amount of effort that goes into their posts, from the format of their profiles to each character portrait in each reply. I see it and give it mad respect. We have yet to play XIV together and I hope to someday! Their writing is so good as well, their characters are always so in-depth and fleshed out, it's like biting into a well-cooked meal. Every response is like fresh stew, warm and filling. RP with them! Fig is a sweetheart who approached me first when I was not in a good spot and showed me that in fact there are still kind people in the world. Their works are so in-depth and filled with thought and inspiration, but all I could do was look and admire their puissant works from afar, then BAM we were friends. They have an air of grace about them and you can relate to them with a lot of things without having feeling like you're being talked over in a conversation. Hope we can RP soon! KingTai has such great ideas and executes them brilliantly. He has a vision with his concepts and worldbuilding, then puts them in enough words to make you want to be very much engaged, and then some. Can't give him enough credit. Hit him up for RP, you won't regret it. Creative ideas Drives the plot forward - hexblading

I have known hexblading since the days of peak tumblr RP scenes-- They are not just /like/ family to me, they /are/ family to me.
All the worlds, stories, and characters we have weaved together make a wonderful tapestry. Thank you for a decade of writing, of friendship, of family, and good times and bad. Here's to another decade, my friend! Creative ideas Long-term partner - scarffles -
There's dipping a toe into a new setting and then there's bolting down the diving-board to cannonball-launch oneself into a setting, and THIS GUY's violently part of the latter category. He brings the enthusiasm on the daily, and the way he cozied Hide up RIGHT into the setting and among existing characters has been delightful and enthusiastic - and entirely natural. Zeta likes his dance buddy. I like reading about him. It seems to work out pretty well! Creative ideas Wonderful writer - Rigby

I've waxed poetic about this author's marvelous, well-mined characters over the years; tonight, I'm here to pick on the unusual suspects. Namely Drys. Some characters you need to prep for sprawling arcs; some characters just really like rocks and traveling and all you need to do is to yeet them through a portal and see what happens. Drys meets any yeeting with unflappable cheer, exploration and optimism, and the 'we'll see' approach in let's-says and scenes alike is always refreshing. Creative ideas Long-term partner - Rigby

I've shouted Orun's granular mind out from the rooftops before, but I'd like to add another detail that only another year in Step City could provide - her sheer and impressive ability to kick backsides, think structurally, and get things moving. If AJ's nostalgia and cultivation was a spark, Orun's motivation is rocket fuel that keeps the setting chugging along. Additionally, she remains a delight to play with and has since cultivated a roster of vibrant characters to enjoy. (So go do it!) Great sense of humor Drives the plot forward - Rigby

I've given much-deserved kudos to her characters over the years, but I can aim at the author herself now - her mind is a very weird and wonderful place to visit. I've been lucky enough to witness and dip in and out of a few sprawling and often-heartrending plots she's had brewing for a couple of years, and have enjoyed meeting a whole cast of nuanced and troubled people along the way. I dig it. You'll dig it. You'll dig her. Exciting stuff will always lie ahead. Kind and understanding Wonderful writer - Rigby

Fig bounded into our setting one day with RELENTLESS enthusiasm and has been a kind and ludicrously creative person and addition to the community the whole way through. I wish I had more time to toss my characters at hers because each of hers has sprung up in explosive fits of contagious inspiration and I KNOW many will play well with mine. It's still been a treat to read along and watch her draw, and I look forward to collaborating when I can! Kind and understanding Creative ideas - Rigby
